• 17 years experience with Mondi group in global pulp & paper industry: researched international business paper markets for future market entry, negotiated new business contracts, reorganised supply chain structures, enthusiastically highlighted Mondi papers’ green credentials and increased Asia Pacific sales by 183% within 4 years.

• Market intervention project with VSO, an international development organisation, in Ghana assessing ‘inclusive’ training needs in a small-scale agricultural value chain with comprehensive SWOT analysis; this in combination with her exemplary participative leadership style led to repeat assignment in Malawi.

• Consulting projects in the natural resources sector with Proudfoot: next to numerous transformation assignments in Europe, planned, launched and completed large-scale capital projects (values up to US$ 250 million) in Tanzania and USA and consolidated over 200 Tanzanian community investments projects into one single planning tool increasing transparency.

• Empowered over 2000 individuals in personal crisis to safely and fairly tackle unhealthy behaviours and conflicts for UK Diversity, Equality and Human Rights NGOs.
